WARRANTY TERMS

36 months warranty is valid if:

  • The product has been used in accordance with the product instructions;
  • Only genuine Brother consumables and accessories have been used with the device;
  • The device was purchased from our official partners, wholesalers or from their websites with a saved proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

To take advantage of the warranty, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the device.
